Welcome to the Fit Village! By joining ProFit Studio, you agree to the following:
Membership
All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not shareable.
Memberships are a yearly contract and renew automatically unless canceled with 45 days’ notice.
Cancel early? A $50 early cancellation fee applies.
Classes
All classes are group training sessions.
Book classes in the ProFit Studio App (opens 5 days in advance).
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead to avoid fees.
Unlimited members: $25 no-show fee.
Limited-session members: you’ll lose that session.
Studio Etiquette
Be on time, wipe down equipment, and return weights after use.
Respect staff and other members—this is a judgment-free zone.
Photos & Media
Photos and videos are sometimes taken during classes to celebrate our community.
Your image may be used on our website and social media.
Don’t want to be featured? Just let us know and you won’t be filmed or photographed.
Health, Safety & Liability
Please consult your doctor before starting any fitness program.
Participation is at your own risk. By enrolling, you agree that ProFit Studio is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur while in the studio, except in cases of proven negligence.
Terms Updates
ProFit Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
By enrolling in a membership, punch cards or other events at the studio you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
